How can I place an order for CLC publications and/or merchandise?
Please enter the online store to order CLC publications and/or merchandise using a credit card. The store is easy to navigate, with a standard shopping cart format.
If you intend to pay by check, please browse the online store to determine the products you want, the appropriate pricing, and the shipping and handling fees. Transfer this information onto the Publications Order Form
. Mail the order form to the CLC Office with your check payment. Please allow 7-12 business days for processing.
How do I receive the member discount?
As a benefit of membership, CLC Members get special discounted rates. These rates are automatically calculated for members paying with a credit card through the online store. Members must be sure to log in using the prompts within the online book store to receive the member rate.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via throught the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Detailed shipping and handling information can be accessed from within the online bookstore.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Online orders are received by CLC immediately upon submission. The shipment can be expected to arrive in 5-8 business days.
Orders mailed to the office with check payment require additional time to process. The shipment can be expected to arrive in approximately 7-12 business days.
Are purchase orders accepted?
CLC no longer accepts purchase orders. Payment must be received for all publications orders before they will be shipped.
What is the Child Life Council’s return policy?
Orders placed through the Child Life Council’s bookstore are non-refundable and CLC does not accept returns.
