. Mail the order form to the CLC Office with your check payment. Please allow 7-12 business days for processing and shipping.
Please note that inventory cannot be shipped until payment is received in full. Online orders, paid by credit cards, are processed within one business day. For those customers paying by check, please allow 7-12 business days for processing and shipping.
As a benefit of membership, CLC Members get special discounted rates. These rates are automatically calculated for members paying with a credit card through the online store. Members must be sure to log in using the prompts within the online book store to receive the member rate.

Please contact orders@childlife.org immediately if you suspect an error has been made during the process of placing your order. Online orders are typically processed and shipped the following business day so it is important that our office know of any changes in the order, including billing/shipping addresses. CLC is not responsible for lost or returned orders that result from customer error in data entry. Once an order has been packed and shipped, requests to cancel and/or modify an order will not be accepted. In the event that an order is returned to CLC due to a courier's failed attempt to deliver, the customer will be responsible to cover any shipping fees necessary to resend the order to a corrected address.
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Orders being shipped to institutions or whose shipping fees are more than $17 will be shipped via UPS Ground; all other orders will be shipped US Postal Service-Priority Mail.
Please note that while we do our best to ensure that your receive your order in excellent condition, we cannot be responsible for any cosmetic damage that may occur while the order is in transit.
For those customers who place their orders online, shipping rates will be automatically added into your total. For customers outside of North America, please review our Bookstore's "Sneak Peek" List of books and merchandise and contact orders@childlife.org with the shipping address and specific items you would like to order to recieve an accurate quote.
Online orders are received by CLC immediately upon submission and are processed, packed, and shipped the following business day. Depending on the destination and shipping method, shipment can take up to seven business days for domestic shipments and 7-10 business days for orders shipped to Canada and Mexico.
Orders mailed to the office with check payment require additional time to process. Expect the shipment to arrive in approximately 7-12 business days.
Expedited shipping is available. Please contact orders@childlife.org for an adjusted shipping and handling quote before placing your order.
CLC does not accept purchase orders. Payment must be received for all orders before they will be shipped.
Orders placed through the Child Life Council’s bookstore are non-refundable and CLC does not accept returns.
