The CLC Executive Board is pleased to present a summary of the results of the 2008 Child Life Profession Compensation Survey, a large-scale study undertaken in collaboration with Association Research, Inc. to identify the positions held by child life specialists, how much they earn, and associated benefits. The summary presented here includes a profile of three child life position types, along with an outline of the salary results for each. The report provides an overview of the demographic information for each group of survey respondents, breaking the information down by education, years of experience, and geographical location.
