CLC is pleased to offer a new enhanced member benefit, the Job Placement Center. This interactive, online system is the place for child life specialists looking for employment and internship opportunities, as well as employers seeking qualified applicants.

Job Seekers
Find the position that is right for you! The Job Placement Center provides CLC members with around-the-clock access to a listing of open child life positions posted in real time by employers from around the world. Job listings are submitted directly by hospitals, clinics or university-based settings and feature current employment and internship opportunities within the child life profession. Using the tools in the Job Placement Center, you can:
- Create a Job Seeker profile
- Manage and create resumes
- Load existing resumes
- Search for position openings
- Search potential employers
Employers
The Job Placement Center allows prospective employers to post job openings directly to the CLC Web site, and to make changes to the job description once posted. With safe, secure online payment by credit card, job postings are made available to job seekers in real time. Each position must be submitted as an individual posting. Employers can also search a pool of child life professionals actively seeking employment, and find the ideal candidate to fill an open position.
In order to access the Career Center, employers must have a username and password. Please contact careercenter@childlife.org if you wish to create an employer record with CLC.
