The posters will be located in the ballroom foyer, and poster presenters will be available on Saturday, May 5 from 7:30am–8:30am. Attendees may earn 1 PDU for viewing the posters and taking the poster quiz.
The poster quiz can be picked up from the Conference Registration Desk. After you complete the quiz, return it to the Conference Registration Desk no later than Sunday, May 6 at 1pm. Late quizzes will not be accepted.
For all child life specialists in community-based practice or in a non-traditional role, ACLP is hosting a roundtable event to encourage networking among child life professionals in related positions. Take advantage of this prime chance to share resources and gain expertise from fellow colleagues in similar roles.

As previously indicated, refund requests for the Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP) basic conference registration, minus a $50 service fee, will be honored if received in writing by ACLP no later than April 20, 2018. No refunds will be given after that date. All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be given for basic registration only; refunds are not available for the intensives, All Access Pass, special events, exhibit hall, or guest passes. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
Conference attendees may purchase passes for their guests to attend activities in the Exhibit Hall.

Intensives are pre-conference professional development sessions designed to allow participants to explore a single topic in depth for a full day or half day. Lunch is included in full-day intensives. Refreshments are included in half-day intensives. You can see a list of intensives here.
