Full conference registrants for the 2017 ACLP Annual Conference have the opportunity to purchase the All Access Pass for $49. Purchasers will be able to view all of the Professional Development Workshops that are recorded onsite at conference, on computers or tablets at their convenience, and earn additional Professional Development Units (PDUs) by completing the quizzes at the end of the recordings. Paris Las Vegas is located in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions. Special hotel rates for ACLP Conference attendees are:
- $149 per night plus tax (currently at 12.5%). There is an additional $20 mandatory resort fee (exclusive of tax) per room per day. The rate quoted is for single/double occupancy – each additional person is an extra $30 per night.

Paying by Check or Money Order
Need to pay your registration fees with a check or money order? You will be given the option either to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at the time of registration, or print an invoice and mail a check separately. All check payments must be received by the ACLP office no later than May 1, 2017.
Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund requests for the Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP) basic conference registration, minus a $50 service fee, will be honored if received in writing by ACLP no later than Friday, April 28, 2017. No refunds will be given after that date. All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be given for basic registration only -- refunds are not available for the intensives, All Access Pass, special events, exhibit hall, guest passes. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
Food & Beverage
Full conference registration includes refreshments at the Welcome to Las Vegas reception on Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday in the Exhibit Hall. While we plan to have a variety of food/refreshments, including vegetarian and gluten-free options (ask your banquet server for assistance), we unfortunately cannot accommodate every dietary need and urge you plan accordingly.
Special Services for Participants with Disabilities
Individuals who require special services to allow full participation in the conference must notify the Association of Child Life Professionals in writing at email@example.com, no later than April 1, 2017.
