Hotel Information

Paris Las Vegas is located in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions.  Special hotel rates for ACLP Conference attendees are:

  • $149 per night plus tax (currently at 12.5%). There is an additional $20 mandatory resort fee (exclusive of tax) per room per day. The rate quoted is for single/double occupancy – each additional person is an extra $30 per night.
  • Reserve Online: To make your reservation online, click on Paris Las Vegas.
  • By Phone: If you prefer to book your reservation by phone, call 1-877-603-4389. Be sure to identify yourself as a Association of Child Life Professionals conference attendee to ensure you receive the discounted group rate. A complete list of room assignments for each of the conference sessions will be provided on-site, at the Conference Registration Desk. Callers should use the following code SPCLC7

Registration Steps

OPTION TO REGISTER WILL BECOME AVAILABLE IN MID-JANUARY.

AT THAT TIME, LINKS TO THE EVENT PORTAL WILL BE ACCESSIBLE HERE AND YOU MAY USE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.


For ALL registrants:

Be sure to answer the questions at the bottom of the registration and click the 'Next' button. To register a guest: enter their First and Last name, check the box next to Guest Passes and click Add. Your guest’s name will appear at the bottom of the page then click Next.  

If interested in the All Access Pass, you will be able to purchase it by selecting the Add button next to the item. Please see more details below.

If you would like to purchase an Intensive Session click on the Drop down menu and choose which session you would like to attend and click Add.

Your selection(s) will appear at the bottom under selected items. Click the Next button and you can review/confirm your selections. If you need to make any modifications to your registration click Back and make your modifications. If satisfied, click Finish to progress to the payment page and enter your payment details. After payment has been submitted*, you will be directed to the Summary page where you can select your individual sessions. 

* Payment has to be received BEFORE you can choose any sessions.






The All Access Pass Is Back!

Full conference registrants for the 2017 ACLP Annual Conference have the opportunity to purchase the All Access Pass for $49. Purchasers will be able to view all of the Professional Development Workshops that are recorded onsite at conference, on computers or tablets at their convenience, and earn additional Professional Development Units (PDUs) by completing the quizzes at the end of the recordings. The All Access Pass is available at the discount price of $49 only to full conference registrants. Don't miss this exclusive limited-time opportunity!

Exhibit Hall Only Guest Passes*

Friday: $125 (includes breakfast and lunch)
Saturday: $125 (includes breakfast and lunch)

Register Online 

Online registration will be available mid-January.

Once open a link will be provided or you will be able to log into your Association of Child Life Professionals profile. From the menu, select 2017 Annual Conference. Click on the registration you desire (Full, One Day or Intensive only).  After making your selection, click Continue.

If you select:

Full Registration
- you will have the option to purchase the All Access Pass (only available with Full Conference Registration), Full or Half-Day Intensives.

One Day Only Choose (between Friday and Saturday) - You will have the option to purchase Intensives. One Day Only registrations will be honored on the day your purchased only.  The One Day Only registration does not include Intensives or ability to purchase All Access Pass. Please be sure to carefully review the Program Booklet to plan ahead before registering.

Intensive Only - you will have the option to purchase Intensives.  Intensive Only registrants will only be allowed to attend the Intensive they have registered. All Access Pass is not available for purchase.

Paying by Check or Money Order

Need to pay your registration fees with a check or money order?  You will be given the option either to pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) at the time of registration, or print an invoice and mail a check separately. All check payments must be received by the ACLP office no later than May 1, 2017.



Additional Details

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund requests for the Association of Child Life Professionals (ACLP)  basic conference registration, minus a $50 service fee, will be honored if received in writing by ACLP no later than Friday, April 28, 2017. No refunds will be given after that date. All cancellations must be requested in writing and sent via email to conference@childlife.org. Refunds will be given for basic registration only -- refunds are not available for the intensives, All Access Pass, special events, exhibit hall, guest passes. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.

Food & Beverage

Full conference registration includes refreshments at the Welcome to Las Vegas reception on Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday in the Exhibit Hall. While we plan to have a variety of food/refreshments, including vegetarian and gluten-free options (ask your banquet server for assistance), we unfortunately cannot accommodate every dietary need and urge you plan accordingly.

Special Services for Participants with Disabilities

Individuals who require special services to allow full participation in the conference must notify the Association of Child Life Professionals in writing at conference@childlife.org, no later than April 1, 2017.
