  • ACLP Signs an Agreement with Tony Hudson, President & Founder, Racially Conscious Collaboration™

For ACLP committee leaders, staff, and the Leaders of Change Cohort, this will be an opportunity to develop shared language and a common toolkit to collaborate together to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion through the collective power of ACLP’s community and through personal work, reflection, and commitment.

    Program Description
(to be implemented in 2021):Front-line leaders are essential to the transformation of organizational culture. In order for deep implementation of organizational change to occur this group must have the capacity daily to ensure that racial consciousness and intersectional equity are values acted upon in every team and from employees engaging the work of the organization every day. A set number of experiences was designed in a series created to build the capacity of ACLP leaders to lead for racial equity in their teams and areas of responsibility. Leaders will be provided with their own space as a group, with attendance by executives, to internalize and use the Systemic Racially Conscious Collaboration™ Framework as an assessment tool and guide for organizational change. A Racially Conscious Collaboration™ consultant experienced in leadership for systemic racial equity transformation will coach, train, and guide the leadership/management through this experience.
