Stephanie Hopkinson, ACLP President
Coming together to learn, network, and engage with colleagues at the Child Life Annual Conference is an event many look forward to attending each year. Conference attendees have the opportunity to build upon their knowledge and share their expertise in a community of learning, networking, and thinking together.
For the 2019 conference, we have some exciting new features. We have time dedicated to interactive learning sessions through the creation of collaborative, audience-specific options for child life specialists, academic professionals, and program leaders/directors. These innovative parallel collaboration sessions will be offered for participants to explore relevant topics in an interactive learning environment. The sessions will complement the traditional breakout sessions. The goal is to enhance the format of conference while maintaining the quality and scope you have come to appreciate and look forward to from ACLP's professional development experiences.
We thank each volunteer, volunteer leaders, and the ACLP staff for their profound dedication, commitment, and expertise in selecting sought-after speakers and relevant breakout sessions focused on the most current approaches, strategies, and innovations related to child life practice across settings.
We look forward to seeing and connecting with you in Chicago!
