About the Child Life Conference

The 2021 Child Life Annual Conference is currently scheduled to take place May 27-30, 2021 in Los Angeles, CA. As a precaution, ACLP is planning on hosting a hybrid event that will also include an online virtual experience for those who may not be able to travel. Given the current environment and the ongoing uncertainty, we’re planning to sell booths in a virtual exhibit hall. If ACLP is unable to host an in-person event due to ongoing public health regulations, we will host an entirely virtual conference online.

The virtual exhibit hall will include features that allow exhibitors to network and engage with attendees and highlight their products. A base exhibit package will be available for purchase, along with several opportunities to customize the virtual exhibit space to support each company's goals. Exhibitors will be actively promoted to ACLP membership and remain highly visible before, during, and after the conference, and promoting attendee-exhibitor engagement throughout the meeting is a priority.

Exhibitor Benefits 

The virtual exhibit hall will allow exhibitors to share their products and services and engage with attendees. A base exhibit package will be available for purchase, along with several opportunities to customize the virtual exhibit space to support each exhibitor's individual goals. In addition, exhibitors will be actively promoted to ACLP membership and remain highly visible before, during, and after the conference.

All virtual conference exhibitors receive:

  • One-time use of the pre- or post-conference mailing list (attendee postal addresses)*
  • One-minute video to be played before a session of exhibitor's choice (first choice may not be available)
  • Virtual exhibit hall booth, which includes areas for resources, links, videos, images, and more
  • Organization listing and description in the Exhibitor Directory (includes a description of your organization and a link to your virtual booth and website)
  • Virtual Passport Contest: Attendees will collect information from exhibitors' booths to be entered into a raffle to win one of several prizes.
  • Discount on quarter-page ad in special exhibitor advertising section in the summer issue of the ACLP Bulletin ($250 - reduced from regular price of $450)
