Entering Data: Child life programs enter both annual program data and quarterly patient encounters data. Programs must enter at least 50% of the data requested to access comparisons and reports.
Comparing Data: Participants can compare their staffing, services, and capacity for patient/family impact data for the entire field or use filters to compare against similar programs (i.e. hospital type, location, # of child life FTEs, etc).
Running Reports: The CLPDC platform has many built-in report displaying data in charts that users can download, either for the entire field or using filters to customize the results. Slides and graphics from the reports are ready to add to presentations and can demonstrate the impact of child life services to administrators.
