Mission: Child Life Club is a group of undergraduate and graduate students that are exploring or actively pursuing a degree in Child Life. The purpose of the club is two-fold: 1) We hope to support and enrich our members’ journey to a Child Life Career as well as 2) offer activities and experiences to the ISU and Bloomington/Normal community that will enhance their understanding of what to expect at the doctor’s office, how to make healthcare experiences positive and successful, etc. An example of our outreach is Medical Play Day.

Mizzou Child Life Student Association

Mission: Promote a sense of support and community within the child life undergraduate student populations in the Department of HDFS. Further communication and fellowship between students and the child life faculty in the HDFS department. Japanese Association of Certified Child Life Specialists

Mission: The JACCLS was founded in 2011 to maintain our professional level as Child Life Specialists and advance our professional knowledge and technique, provide peer support, and do research, in order to continue to provide better psychosocial support for children and their families in Japanese hospitals.
