Q: Are there scholarships available for conference registration?
A: Our scholarship programs are currently on an indefinite pause as we search for new funding sources and evaluate all programs to enhance their impact and effectiveness.
Q: How do I unlock my registration discount?
Members and speakers are loaded into the registration system. Use the same email attached to your ACLP account and the price will automatically adjust. If you don't see the right rate, please reach out to registration@childlife.org.
Q: Will all conference sessions be recorded?
A: 12 sessions will be pre-recorded and available to purchase as the 2026 Child Life Conference Lightning Pass. You can purchase this pass at the time of registration and will be able to view sessions and earn the PDUs for one year from the date of availability.
Q: Is the one-day rate only available to Chicago locals?
A: No, anyone can purchase the one-day pass and attend the conference on the day of their choice.
ACLP Registration Policy
Full Conference Registration
ACLP will provide a full refund of the full conference registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $100, for any cancellations received in writing on or before May 1, 2026. Cancellation requests must be emailed to registration@childlife.org Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from ACLP on or before the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be honored for requests received after May 1, 2026.
Pre-Conference Intensives Registration
ACLP will provide a full refund of registration fees for the pre-conference sessions, less an administrative processing fee of $50, for any cancellations received in writing on or before May 1, 2026. Cancellation requests must be emailed to registration@childlife.org. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participants must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from ACLP on or before the cancellation deadline. No refunds will be honored for requests received after May 1, 2026.
Substitutions can
be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at registration@childlife.org. Hotel reservations
must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.
