Certified Child Life Specialist Megan Massey has won the 2025 PeaceHealth Mission and Values Collaboration Award! The Mission and Values Awards are the highest honor at PeaceHealth and recognize caregivers for living PeaceHealth’s values of social justice, stewardship, respect and collaboration. Massey was selected to receive this awards out of 16,000 team members across a three-state healthcare system. 

The Association of Child Life Professionals recognizes Massey's achievement and congratulates her on her success. This award is emblematic of the value child life specialists bring to interactions with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
